If the guest does not have the PIN at hand, the system can resend the manage link and PIN to the reservation email.

What you can do
Review the current hotel allocation, dates, price, and payment deadline.
Update organizer contact details, dance club name, and optional guest list.
Pending reservations can also change dates and room counts when the booking covers one room type.
You can cancel the reservation online until the organizer records the payment.
Before payment is recorded, the guest can cancel online without penalty. After payment, cancellations are reviewed by the organizer: 14+ days before check-in 0%, 7-13 days 30%, 3-6 days 60%, under 3 days 100%.
